The rental fee for Casa Kenwood Guesthouses is currently adjusts depending on the season.

The rate for Casa Azul is $133/night ($111 per night August special!) with a two-night minimum.
Casita Roja is $111night ($99 per night August special!) with a two night minimum.
For weekly and/or monthly (7 days = 20% discount, 30 days or more = 30% discount). Tax is charged for stays under 30 days (State/County/City/Hotel). Posted prices are subject to change. For example, fests such as SXSW and ACL Fest are specially priced, so please contact us for pricing. Pets are welcome with a one-time $25 fee. Please no smoking inside or on the porch.
Standard check-in is at 3pm, check-out at 11am (this allows us time to ready the places for new arrivals).

2) Fill-out the form below to send us a request
When you make your reservation a 100% non-refundable deposit is required. If something happens that you cannot make your trip, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. If we are able to re-rent out your cancelled dates, you will get a full refund for those dates (please allow at least 30 days for refund). If not, we will give you a voucher towards a future stay at Casa Kenwood Guesthouses (good for non- premium/festival dates).
