Prices
The rental fee for Casa Kenwood Guesthouses adjusts depending on the season.
The current rate for Casa Azul is $133/night (two-night minimum).
The current rate for Casita Roja is $133/night (two night minimum).
Discounts apply for weekly and/or monthly reservations (7 days = 20% discount, 30 days or more = 30% discount)
Occupancy Tax (15%) is charged for stays under 30 days.
Posted prices are subject to change. Dates during SXSW and ACL Fest are specially priced, so please contact us for pricing.
Pets are welcome with a one-time $25 fee.

1) Check the calendar link for the guesthouse of your choice to see if your dates are available
2) Fill-out the form below to send us a request for a reservation, someone will get back to you promptly
Full payment is due upon booking. If something happens that you cannot make your trip, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. If we are able to re-rent out your cancelled dates, you will get a refund for those dates that we are able to re-book. (Refunds will be issued upon receiving funds from the new booking. Please allow at least 30 days from your originally booked dates for refunds).
